For any reason you may return your unused, undamaged patio furniture covers by the following steps:
Send us images of the covers you received. Reference your order number. Email us at support@patiocover.com. Please include a brief description. A support representative will contact you within 24 hours.
You may also call us directly at +1 281-609-2854. One of our support representatives will help resolve the issue. Please note we require all return requests to be emailed to support@patiocover.com.
Refund Method
You may return your unused, undamaged patio furniture covers for a full refund. Simply ship your order back to our warehouse. Our address is listed on our Contact Us page. Please email us at support@patiocover.com for return instructions. We will send a prepaid return label. Once we have confirmed the return, we will issue you a full refund which will reflect on your payment method within 1-5 business days. We also offer free exchanges. If a refund is issued, the amount paid for Patio Cover ORDER PROTECTION (if selected) will not be returned.

If you would like a refund, simply mail us back your covers in the original packaging in which it was received in and we'll issue you a full refund.
